![]() ![]() Jean Billy Beaufils was born in a Christian family where his mother was in charge of the
women's ministry and his father in charge of the men's ministry in his uncle's church. In his early teen years, he started playing bass guitar and organ in the church and he is still involved in the music ministry. Billy started preaching the gospel of Jesus-Christ at the age of 14 after making a public confession to live for Christ. Billy has been constantly studying and equipping himself with the word in order to be ready to defend the gospel of the Lord Jesus. His overall ministry in the local church range from kid's ministry to shepherding. In 2000, Billy organized and formulated the Coalition of Young Christians of Philadelphia, Inc. which provide spiritual, social, educational, and recreational activities for over 1,500 youths throughout the year. He is also the founder of the Haitian Clergy of Philadelphia, Inc representing over 55,000 Haitians throughout Philadelphia and vicinity. Billy has been serving the church of Jesus-Christ all his life, but actively for over 27 years. He is currently working as a psychotherapist and a behavioral therapist for a private agency; serving his church (the Haitian Tabernacle Church), Heavenly Vision Radio as program director and chairman, and he is serving the community at large. Rev. Billy Beaufils attended New-York Theological Seminary, International Seminary, Temple University, and Biblical Theological Seminary.
