   Radio Vision Céléste ÿ Heavenly Vision Radio

      Michel Cajuste contacted the Korean Broadcasting Corporation
  December 16, 2005 who then introduced Andrenor Richard who established the
  deal for the radio station.  Following the meeting Eric Delisme and Wilbrun
  Delmas  were both invited to join the Partnership.  Wilbrun Delmas invited Rev.
  Jean Billy Beaufils and Wilner Blanchard in January 2006.

  The first organizational meeting was held March 26, 2006.  At the second
  meeting on  March 30, 2006 through a brainstorming session that involved
  Wilbrun Delmas, Eric Delisme and Rev. Billy Beaufils, who insisted on
  creating a religious radio broadcast, the suggested names that evolved were   
  collectively merged to create Radio Vision Celeste aka Heavenly Vision Radio. 
  Radio Vision Celeste’s first broadcast aired on  April 13, 2006 and
  incorporated May 12, 2006.
         

  Wilner Blanchard invited Emmanuel Polection who officially became part of
  the Board of Directors on May 13, 2006.  Rev. Jean Billy Beaufils then
  invited Gilda Jean-Louis  and she officially became part of the Board on
  June 3, 2006.

         The inauguration of Radio Vision Celeste was held on August 5, 2006.
